This extra chapter has left me with the same reaction as the original...WOW. Ok so if you don't know, Colleen Hoover released another Verity book. It's the 'Special Collectors Edition'. Now, this version is the same book as the original just in hardback with a gold cover and an extra chapter of 10,000 words. But if you're a Verity lover, I think this edition may be worth it.
It doesn't really give us much closure to the previous ending, but it does show what life is like for Lowen, Jeremy, Crew and their new baby after Verity's death. Now, this isn't some cute little catchup this will leave you shocked. Mouth open wide saying 'oh my god'. I thoroughly enjoyed it, though It is pretty quick to get through but even just the cover made this edition worth it to me. Oh and this comes digitally signed on the cover page as well as on the book itself when you take the dust cover off.
Overall, this book is still a solid 5 stars for me. One of my favourites that I've read this year and this edition has only solidified it. Do I think you absolutely NEED to read this if you've already read the original? No. As I said it doesn't really give you closure. But if you die-hard loved this book and you want a little extra content from it, then I do think it's worth it.
